As a boutique hotel manager and wine enthusiast from Santorini, I have a discerning palate, and Althea Village did not disappoint.The breakfast included in my stay was a delightful feast for the senses, offering a selection of local specialties that perfectly complemented the rustic charm of the stone village surroundings. Each morning, I savored dishes that embodied the essence of Greek cuisine, a symphony of flavors that left me craving more.In the evenings, I indulged in the delicious offerings at the on-site restaurant, where the ambiance was as inviting as the menu was diverse. From fresh seafood dishes to traditional Greek mezze, every bite was a culinary adventure that showcased the region's gastronomic prowess.
